Event designing success for the 15th FICCI Global Skills Summit 2024

The FICCI Global Skills Summit (GSS) has been at the forefront of contemporary deliberations surrounding the transformation and evolution of the national technical and vocational education ecosystem. The summit brings together key stakeholders, including policymakers, TVET experts and industry, for deliberations and knowledge sharing on the current and future trends, providing a forum for facilitating partnerships, future-forward deliberations and effective collaborations.

With its enduring legacy, the GSS draws hundreds of participants including senior bureaucrats, government officials and industry leaders converge on a common platform to shape the future of the workforce of our country.

The Summit brings together 500+ participants, industries, policymakers, exhibitors, service providers and beneficiaries. The 15th edition of FICCI GLOBAL SKILLS SUMMIT,24 will be held on 25th -26th September 2024 at Kaushal Bhawan, Ministry of Skill Development & Entrepreneurship, Moti Bagh, New Delhi.

The 15th edition of the Global Skills Summit (GSS) was a significant event organized by FICCI, and we were privileged to collaborate with them in designing the entire event creatives. The project began with conceptualizing the theme of the event, which involved brainstorming and ideation to create a unique and captivating concept. After the theme was approved, we proceeded to design the backdrop, which set the tone for the entire event. The backdrop was designed to be visually appealing, informative, and engaging, providing a perfect setting for the summit.

The scope of the project was extensive, and we designed a wide range of event materials, including newspaper and magazine ads, standees, flyers, web banners, lanyards, and badges. Each of these materials was carefully crafted to ensure consistency in design and messaging, while also catering to the specific requirements of each medium. Additionally, we designed session templates to provide a cohesive look and feel throughout the event. Our team worked tirelessly to ensure that every aspect of the event creatives was of the highest quality, resulting in a successful and memorable event.
